Powered by word of mouth for over 25 years.

Since founding Design Diseño in 2004, more than 90% of my projects have arrived through referrals. Happy clients send their friends and colleagues, and that keeps me sweating every detail and hitting every deadline.

Whether you’ve been referred or just stumbled in, welcome. If you’re after design that flexes to your goals and delights your audience, let’s talk.

FAQ

  • Think of it like this: Just as no two brands are the same, no two projects are the same either. My rates depend on what you need, how complex the project is, and what your budget looks like. Once we chat and I get a sense of your vision, I’ll give you a clear, tailored quote.

  • I sure do—and thanks to a little invention called the “internet”, that’s never been a problem. I work with clients all over the world, mostly in the U.S., and have been doing so for years. Clear communication, reliable delivery, and great design don’t care about borders. Plus, I’ve got the time zones down to a science.

  • Not at all. I’m a U.S. citizen, and I pay U.S. taxes. So legally and logistically, it’s just like working with someone in the U.S.—same paperwork, same ease. I just happen to live in Mexico City (and yes, the tacos are amazing).

  • Absolutely. I’ve been doing this a long time, and I know when to roll up my sleeves and when to bring in reinforcements. I lead projects from concept to completion, and when a project calls for it, I tap into a trusted network of developers, writers, and specialists I’ve collaborated with for years. You’ll have one point of contact (me), but the firepower of a small agency—minus the overhead.

  • Oh! That’s Roxy. She’s a six-year-old Boston Terrier. She’s deaf, highly opinionated, and occasionally offers unsolicited creative direction. She’s also passionate about bacon, frisbees, and making sure I take breaks at inconvenient times.

The Process

  • The first step is all about getting to know each other and defining the project. We'll start with a conversation—usually a Zoom call—where you can tell me all about your business, your goals, your target audience, and what you envision for the project. We’ll also discuss your budget, timeline, and any specific features or inspirations you have in mind. The more details, the better we can shape your vision into reality.

  • Once we agree on the scope, budget, and timeline, we’re good to go. We’ll discuss approaches and concepts to find the perfect solution for your needs.

  • This is where the magic happens. I’ll dive into art direction, concept development, and design. You’ll receive a first round of concepts to review, and from there we’ll refine together. I typically include 2–3 rounds of edits to make sure everything feels just right.

  • Once everything’s approved, I’ll deliver the final files—whether that’s a logo package, a live website, or print-ready assets. I’ll make sure you have everything you need to launch, share, print, or publish with confidence.

  • Once the project is wrapped, I’ll send over the final invoice. Payment is typically due upon delivery, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Simple and smooth—just like the rest of the process.
